Shaken Salmon (Salmon Luc Lac ) on a bed of greens


1 slice of salmon (single serving), can leave skin on, or without the skin, depends on personal preference.   cut into 1 in square

1tsp garlic salt. 

1/4 tsp ground pepper(optional)

3 TBSP QT CookShop Salad dressing (any flavor preferred)

1 Tomato

1/2 bell pepper (pick yellow, orange, or red for presentation)

1/2 sweet onion coursely cut

3 cloves of garlic(minced)



1.  Cut Salmon into 1 inch cube.  add 2-3 TBSP dressing/marinade, 1 tsp garlic salt. Add ground pepper if disired.  Set aside for about 20 min.

2.  Cut green tomatoe in circular slice.  cut bell pepper a thick wedge.


3.  Place pan or wok  on the stove with high heat.  Add cooking oil.  Add garlic and chopped onion.  let it sizzle a bout 1 minute. Add bell pepper, then add marinaded salmon.  Do not flip or turn the salmon.  Let it sit for 1-2 minutes.  using a spatula to turn the salmon.  Let it sit for 1 more minute. 

4.  Pour salmon on top of a bed of salad or you can eat it without the salad .  Which ever way you choose.  

Serving suggestions:  Serve with rice, bread or pasta noodle.


Note:  If make 2, 3 serving of salmon, it's better to cook it in 2 batches, so it will have a chance to brown better.
